The year-long Cultivating Joy series will provide a pathway to cultivating a joyful life -- through inspiration, motivation, ideas and specific practices. Each monthly informational and idea-rich session will focus on one topic essential to cultivating joy.

Topics for 2023 will include: Gratitude, Service, Laughter and Fun, Self-care, Music, Exercise, and ended the year by Spreading Joy
Your investment is $15/month to cover costs of materials, a snack and beverage. The group will meet the first Thursday of each month beginning February 2nd from 6:00-7:30 PM at a variety of Cross Plains Business locations (new location each month) Businesses, we encourage you to email Nancy if you'd like to get on the schedule to host the event.
